Private Sessions

Reformer Group Classes
A structured, full-body workout that targets every muscle group and covers all aspects of fitness. With no more than 5 people per class, you'll get plenty of personal attention.

Rehabilitation Pilates
Helps you regain mobility and strength through controlled, precise movements. Expert instructors tailor every session to your needs, helping you recover.

Pre & Post-Natal Pilates
Focuses on core strength, pelvic floor health, proper posture, and breathing techniques. Designed to prevent pain and discomfort.

This is exactly the kind of class I love attending. The environment is calm and welcoming, and the tutors are professional and pleasant to work out with. Classes are kept small (maximum of five people due to the machines), which is fantastic — it always feels almost like one-on-one. I genuinely look forward to continuing my Pilates journey here.
